Beneficial accessories for glove boxes, chambers and isolators
Filtration
830-CLC
The 800-HEPA/CLC, closed-loop containment isolator includes two (2) 8" round HEPA filters, .4 micron pre-filters, blower, Magnehelic gauges measuring differential and chamber pressures and closed-loop containment. Internal atmosphere continuously circulates through main chamber and both HEPA filters creating a slight negative pressure.
800-HEPA/D
The 800-HEPA/D, double HEPA filtration system, includes two (2) 8" round HEPA filters, .4 micron pre-filters, blower, Magnehelic gauge (part number 800-MAGNA) and mounting plate. The negatively pressurized chamber continuously passes HEPA filtered air in and out of, the chamber.


800-HEPA/S
The 800-HEPA/S, single HEPA filtration system includes one (1) 8" HEPA filter, .4 micron prefilter, blower, Magnehelic gauge (part number 800-MAGNA), and mounting plates.
825-PCR HEPA
This chamber has been designed to help improve the accuracy of P.C.R.* and general Tissue Culture procedures. The chance for air-borne contamination during D.N.A. sequencing is greatly reduced.

Suspended Shelf Accessories
Suspended shelves greatly increase the holding capacity of the isolator. Our shelf package is designed to
keep the valuable floor area uncluttered. (No shelf supports eliminate cleaning problems on the floor).
The shelf can be pushed to the rear of the isolator when not in use. These are normally three (3) tiered units, depending upon the size of the isolator.


850-NB
800-SHELF I - SUSPENDED (SLIDING) SHELF FOR SINGLE STATION CHAMBERS. Fabricated of .375" clear acrylic, shelves are spaced 7" apart and suspended from the chamber top to keep the floor area uncluttered. Overall size is 18" high x 18" width x 10" depth. Holds 330 culture plates. For 818, 850, and 855 style units. Refer to Isolators.

800 Shelf II
800-SHELF II - SUSPENDED (SLIDING) SHELF FOR MULTIPLE STATION CHAMBERS. Fabricated of .375" clear acrylic, shelves are spaced 9" apart and suspended from the chamber top to keep the floor area uncluttered. Overall size is approximately 22" high x 16". Depth and length depends upon model selected.

Desiccator Accessories
Plas Labs desiccators are designed to protect, store, or assist in moving critical materials and prevent contamination. They are dust free and moisture free enclosures which safeguard valuable research specimens or sensitive electronic components.

DRYING TRAIN PACKAGE WITH PUMP
 Includes three polycarbonate canisters filled with DesiSphere™ medium, hose connections, and diaphragm pump mounted on .375" clear acrylic base with suction cup feet. Drying train removes unwanted moisture from internal atmosphere. Drying Train can be used with or without catalyst heater unit (800-HEATER). DesiSphere™ has been found to be 35% more efficient than conventional desiccants.

DIAPHRAGM PUMP mounted on .375" clear acrylic base with suction cup feet. 800-PUMP also contains all connections to attach to 800-DESI.
• #2 800-O2
OXYGEN INDICATOR (for use with 800-O2R). An in-line visual indicator. The center Section turns from green to gray when trap is depleted. Will remove all oxygen from 200 ft3 capacity nitrogen with less than 10 ppm of oxygen concentration.
NOTE: Items 1 & 2 are normally sold as a set.

OXYGEN TRAP is an in-line oxygen removal canister. Oxygen removal to 10 ppb.
Oxygen removal system must be used with PLAS LABS drying train.
NOTE: The 800-O2 and 800-O2R combined make up the 800-ONEG. Ordering both of these should be ordered as the 800-ONEG.

800-HEATER - 800-PC, Palladium Canister

CATALYST HEATER UNIT
The catalyst heater unit has two primary functions. It reduces trace amounts of oxygen and maintains incubation temperature levels of 35-37 degrees C. The internal atmosphere is drawn off the floor and up across heating elements and aluminized palladium pellets. Any oxygen present will react with your anaerobic gas mixture and be reduced to water vapor. The drying train (800-DT) then removes vapor as needed.

Single canister filled with 3/4 pound palladium for use with 800-HEATER.

Sterilizes loops and needles safely and conveniently. Prevents infections spatter and/or cross contamination. Safeguards laboratory personnel--no open flame or hazardous gas. Gas Tank Regulator
The regulator construction features two stainless steel diaphragms that will not contaminate the gas stream, and are resistant to in-board diffusion. Design also features low dead volume (internal volume), which minimizes particle generation. Includes 5" hose (250" ID x .500" OD) and attachment clamp.
Useful for scaling down high pressure levels prior to reaching flow meters. Domestic (US) thread styles only.

Diaphragm Pump mounted on .375" clear acrylic base with suction cup feet. 800-PUMP also includes all connections for 800-DESI.
800-Anaergen
Anaerobic generator sachet (3.5 L). Use one of these each week to maintain excellent anaerobic conditions within your glove box. Simply tear open the sachet inside the chamber and it will absorb trace amounts of Oxygen. Sold in packages of ten (10) sachets only.

"T" Transfer Chamber is used for connecting two or more Plas Labs chambers in tandem.
